We dined at Applebees on Lake Michigan Dr. Walker Mi 05-10-08. I want to tell you what an exceptional server you have working for you. There was a large table (20) or so people next to us and Tom really made the BEST of it. His attitude and genuine concern for our two top as well as his huge seating was wonderful. He brought our drinks right away, went over the menu with us, (I know he had ALOT on his mind and alot to do) He never let on that he was stressed and oversat, so to speak. He came over after the others left and thanked us, and visited for a moment. He said we were a pleasure to wait on and to ask for him anytime. The food was good and TOM really finished the experience, we are so close to you that we walk, so you can be SURE we will return and ask for our friendly Applebee's server; TOM.
