Bad service - Bad experience

I was very very disappointed when I went to pick up my wedding ring. Obviously it is sentimental and Baribeau and Sons said they could fix it. We were worried, but ending up trusting them to fix it. Within two days of their "REPAIR" the diamond fell out. We were lucky enough to find this $4000 diamond in a parking lot at night using a high powered flash light. When we tried to talk to the "jewelry doctor" about it, he said sorry and that we better take it somewhere else. No offers, no help, no money back!

Fast and excellent service. I came in with a broken watch and they fixed it all up for me right away. The staff was friendly and I will be bringing any other work I might need done to them.

Product was not delivered on time--in fact 2 weeks late. Product was not repaired as promised - HE CHANGED THE SETTING STYLE WITHOUT ASKING ME! Price has high. Did not offer to make corrections of his mistake! Very bad to do business with.

Customer service was great and the repair job was fantastic and affordable. Just had my wedding ring redesigned and I get lots of compliments on the quality of work that was done.
