I finally found a place that could repair my jewelry in their own location and not have to worry about it being lost somewhere behind the eyes of a cocky salesperson. My jewelry was repaired beautifully and the service was excellent.

Took my ring in to get fixed. The place looked cute and many people wandering about. The jeweler came out to llok at it and said he could fix my loose diamond (but might have to change the setting). I loved the setting, don't change it I told him...but could you just fix it. "oh yeah, I can fix anything" he said. What a JOKE. When I picked up the ring after TWo WEEKS of him continually telling me it's not ready yet...it's not ready yet (he promised it in 4 days) I was shocked on two accounts. The price mysteriously went up, because he had "a hard time" and second and most importantly, 48 hours after I took it home the loose stone (that he fixed) FELL OUT! When I called to try to get answers he refused my calls and refused to return my money! Avoid this rip off artist at all costs!
