Great Look! BAD SERVICE!

Brand New store. Great new look! Crappy service. The food was luke warm by the time it reached my table (I was right next to the kitchen!). The wait staff was not helpful and unknowledgeable. But they were friendly (they smiled and said hi every time they past my empty coffee cup!) Yes, I know "It's only a Big Boy." but you should be able to expect good service even at Big Boy. Not to mention they do NOT have a smoking section at this location! How can it be a Big Boy without a smoking section!
