Food is OK @ best. about 25% of the time, you are GOING to have to return ur steak because it is usually UNDER done (especially on the fillets). The prices are ok. The staff is generally friendly. The eating utensils are HORRIBLE.. the forks are so cheap you will cut your finger on them. I actually bring my own fork to eat at ALL the brann's.. not just div. IF I want a good steak, friendly staff and nice utensils, I go to Outback. I wish I could say that wasn't true, because Brann's is locally owned. But I hate their forks and they can't cook the meat some of the time.

When I arrived to the Brann's Steakhouse, I was not greeted with kind words, and waited for the host to come back from whereever he was. Then when we were sat we were told that our server would be with us in a few minutes, and the girl that we were told was our server ignored us. Then I had to get up and ask the host if he had told our server that he sat us (which is his only job), and he hadn't obviously because we had no drink order taken within the first 2 minutes of being sat. Then when the server finally came she tried to explain what had taken so long. Which I really did not need to know. She blatently did not care that we were there to enjoy ourselves. The food followed and inbetween putting the food into my mouth and swallowing the waitress so convieniently asked "everything alright?" and basically ran back to the kitchen almost as fast as the words came out of her mouth. The food was cheap and salty, but the atmosphere was okay. What more can you really expect for the price you pay??? More? Less? I think more! I would not reccomend this Brann's. I can vouch for the Brann's on Leanard Street. The staff was lacking.

Always great food and drink. Check the newspaper for weekly specials. Great atmophere and good customer service.
