Just called for a ride, asked how long it would roughly be. Was told that she was NOT giving times today, and I asked her how she could not be giving times and she HUNG up on me!!!

This company needs to learn better customer skills while you're on the phone, then they take 45 minutes to show up in a taxi that the brakes are not working correctly. You just hope and pray to arrive ALIVE!!
