Good food

Lets see last night I went Cantina, All I can say it was the greatest tex-mex I have ever had. There was this waitress we had named Ana, she was so kind and prompt, it was the best time we have ever had there. The margaritas were unreal. (great). But i must say the service we had was great and with a great smile. So if you out on East Paris i do believe that everyone should stop out and have a buritto and have a margarita to go with it.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Waiting staff was TERRIBLE! Their so called "best server" lied to us about the price of their margaritas and denied it later. The manager was standing two feet away and never came to see if something was wrong. My credit card was overcharged by 40$ and the same manager harassed me when I asked her to correct it with proof and it took them a month to do give me my money back while accusing me of stealing?! The food was excellent but not worth it. I will NEVER go back, it's just was not worth it.

Love it!! Great food, Great deal, Great fun. I always have a really good meal at the Cantina. I love their burritos, margaritas and hot BBQ wings. The service can be a little inconsistant but everything else makes it worthwhile.

Best Bean Dip Ever!!

This is one of my all time favorite places to go when I visit Grand Rapids. I am not much of a bean dip eater, but their bean dip is the best I have also ever had (located in the bar area). I have not been able to find a bean dip comparable anywhere in my travels. The fish tacos are wonderful too. It is a great value for what you get. I always walk away very full, with leftovers and do not feel like I spent too much. Several of my friends from the GR area enjoy it just as much and are always happy to meet me there when I am in town for a visit.

Bad Service

I am very disappointed in the restaurants customer service. Due to this experience and the lack of concern, I will no longer eat here. My friend and I went to order lunch through the drive through. Many of us at work have done this for years and asked for two orders so we would not have to figure change when we got back. We were told we don't do this. I said we've done it many times. They said we are to busy. ??To busy for a customer?? Isn't that who gives you a paycheck? I went in to the restaurant to voice my opinion to the manager. Her statement was we are to busy to do this so we stopped taking multiple orders on Friday. I'm sorry, we have done this for years on Friday. I guess you won't have to worry about being to busy anymore. So my question - What is the difference if we save gas and go in one car and ask for two orders? or if we take two cars (waste gas) so we can get service. Although I ask this question, it will not change my opinion on the fact the restaurant does not want my business, nor my co-workers.
