I also used DADDs for my wedding. The driver was 45 minutes late on a perfectly sunny day. He offered us an extra hour at no charge. Unfortunately, it's a wedding and we can't hold up our guests for them. The company refuses to give me a refund and is only offering a discount on future service. I have no need for future service nor do I want to ever use them again. Upon learning of the incident, a rep from the company never returned my call. I had to call back twice before I could get an answer. Worst experience ever.

I used Dadd's Magic Bus for transportation to and from my wedding. It was the worst experience I have ever had. First of all, the company and drivers called me 10 times during my rehearsal dinner and during THE WEDDING even though I had set this up eight months ago. The driver demanded tips from the guests and was rude once they boarded. This company does not have its act together and was completely unprofessional, not to mention they embarrassed me in front of all of my friends and family. I will NEVER use these people again, and I'd suggest you find someone, ANYONE, else for your transportation needs.
