Connie Benigni (under the supervision of Dr. Evelyn Vanderveen) injured my entire face permanently with a laser. I then met with Dr. Vanderveen to discuss the damage to my skin. However, Dr. Vanderveen was confrontational, refused to examine my face and denied the damage. They (Connie Bengini, Dr. Vanderveen and the Dermatology Center of Grand Rapids) then sent me a letter saying they would no longer provide me with medical care. I was shocked. I trusted them and they injured my face and left me with no assistance. I finally went to the Mayo Clinic for help. The doctors at the Mayo Clinic were the best ever. They confirmed the damage to my entire face. Unfortunately, I will never look good again.
