About H H S Health Options

HHS, Health Options has been a resource for elders, caregivers, and others with long-term care needs since 1979. Through a variety of activities, case managers coordinate the services that help with daily life and assure the appropriate level of gentle and dignified care for each individual's need. HHS, Health Options is committed to maximizing the independence of long-term care participants and support of their loved ones through a range of services. Eligibility for program entry is different for each of our services. The Intake Coordinator will explain the requirements for each of the programs.
