I shop here and spend a lot of money with this company (at least $700 or more annually.) The Cascade store is where I usually go since I find it very clean, well organized with a great produce section. They make a trip there a fairly enjoyable experience. I wish they were open on Sundays, but can appreciate their hard-working staff needs to rest, too. Maybe someday they'll open a restaurant so Gaja Cafe won't be the only vegetarian game in town.
