Best Salon Ever

You will never find a more pleasant, relaxing, fun, salon anywhere. I've been in Virginia for two years looking for a place that compares to Jeffrey Richard Salon and I have yet to find one. Once you go to this salon, you will never go anyhere else again, everyone there is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! I give then 10 stars out of 5!
