The contact info has one Email Address and one telephone number. There is no other contact info provided. The main number is ALWAYS busy - never rings.. emails sent to this company requesting order information / shipping status go unanswered! There is no tracking information given for orders placed, I have had something on order with them - and it has been 7 business days since the order - my order has not arrived and neither has there been any indication of IF the parts will ship. The website declares my shipping zone to be with in 3 days for shipment and that orders go out the same day! The time allowed for shipment is 3-7 business days. I am still waiting after 7 days.. This company should be considered SUSPICIOUS, order at your OWN risk. As I said PHONE ALWAYS BUSY ... NO response from Email Inquiry... and NO CONTACT ADDRESS. I do not even know what state they are registered as a business in... Think about it..I should have before I ordered!
