The Thai House restaurant is the BEST in Grand Rapids !!!! Wonderful authentic food and wonderful service. The owner is a special lady that remembers what your favorite food is..... We would travel long distance to either get take out or dine in from The Thai House....

I have been going to the thai house for 5 years now, and Suisha always know what I want to order, as well as my husband who just started going with me there. I get the stir fried rice with tofu, and the sweet and spicey peanut sauce is the BEST!!! I could drink it!! Suisha takes charge of the place, and does a great job at it as well!!! She is sooo great because she knows what I want, and keeps the water glasses filled, and is always in a great mood!!! Very highly recommended!!!

I am thai (born and raised in Thailand) and I do know what good thai food shall taste like. The food here portrays what the Bangkokians eat on the daily basis. Thai house is one of the best restaurants in the United States. Believe me, I've traveled enough to be able to distinguish the differences between the real Thai food and the wanna be Thai food. The food here is excellent, the service is excellent, and the price is right. Varieties of vegetarian dishes are also available. What else could you ask for?

they have lunch plates that are huge including salad, rice noodles and a main dish

I've been to the highest rated Thai restaurants in San Francisco and London. They all might have better ambience, but this has the best Thai food I've ever had. Never would have guessed that from a place in a strip mall. Great vegetarian selections, the Pad Thai Noodle and Tofu Todd are amazing!
