As most of us are painfully aware many companys promise service and quality,(and then tell you thats why they are slightly more expensive than there competitors) only to fall short of the service and quality work that they promise. The Electric Proffessor is a company that has the integrity and fortitude to deliver what it promises. The work that the Electric Proffesor did for me fell nothing short of amazing, and far exceeded not only my expectations but there promise. Nice job guys!!!

Five Stars for the Professor!!!!! I have several rentals and I have had my fair share of bad experiences with service companies UNTIL today! One of my tenants called me this morning complaining that they had lost power in their kitchen. I went online and found the Electric Professor because they claimed they could be out today. Based on previous experiences I wasn't going to get my hopes up. To my surprise they guaranteed they could have a technician out to my home within 2 hours. I about fell out of my chair. I scheduled the appointment and now I am writing this because the technician just left. I met the technician at the tenants house and I couldn't believe how professional looking he was. Within 10 minutes he had assessed the situation and quoted me a price. I thought the price was fair and authorized him to proceed. With a smile he thanked me for the opportunity and got right to work. He replaced a bad breaker switch and one bad plug on the kitchen counter. He informed me that the problem could have been avoided if I was a member of their Home Protection Plan. Apparently they have a program where they inspect your electrical every year for a small fee. Being that I have several rentals I signed all of my properties up. I have way too much invested in my properties to take any chances with electrical problems... I have to admit I've never posted a comment like this before but then again I've never had service like this before. I am definitely a testimonial for the Electric Professor and will always use their services from here on out.... J. Swinson Grand Rapids

I had Daryl from the Electric Professor out to my home today and i felt compelled to share my experience. When i got home tonight from work I came home to a competely dark house. I went to the yellow pages and I found the electric professor's ad which stated they had same day service. Honestly i didn't think they would come out to my home that late but when I called them they immediately dispatched someone out for my problem. Within an hour Daryl showed up to my house and within a few minutes he had discovered the problem. He gave me a price to repair it and he guaranteed to stand behind his work and I was sold. With in the hour I had my power back on and the job was done. I haven't had service like this for many years and i felt compelled to share my experience. I couldn't have been more pleased with my service and I definitely now have a electrician. #1 Fan of the Electrical Professor...
