I did not have a very good experience with Triangle. They came out to fix my dishwasher only to have them tell me nothing was wrong with it and to use Cascade detergent. I wonder how thats going to fix the broken heating element and the fact that if I have the High Temp Rinse on it sticks and will not complete the cycle. I tried to explain this to him but he just didnt get it, almost to the point I think he had somewhere better to be. If you want good service dont use Triangle!

I had a completely unfavorable experience with this company. They insisted I have a repair technician come out to verify the parts they'd quoted to me previous (on a prior service call) were needed. He spent 2 minutes looking at the oven to tell me we needed to order what I requested in the first place. Then the service technician told my daughter she needed to be quiet. I contacted another service company, with the part numbers and they told me there was no reason to order both of the parts. Triangle quoted me $608 to fix the oven, the other repair company fixed my oven for $311. If you don't want to be taken advantage of, find another repair company than Triangle.

Very friendly and professional service. They were able to set up an appointment first thing the next morning to have a service guy come out and take a look at our fridge, we were charged an estimate fee of $63.00, after shopping around this was the best deal in the area. Ron (service guy) was very friendly and within hours was able to give me an estimate. He was honest and advised us to get a new fridge instead of spending all the money on repairs ( our fridge was over 15 yrs old). Will use their service again
