Their interest rate is lower than most payday loan lenders, but it's a massive hassle to get a loan from them! I find them to be disorganized and totally out of touch with the real reason people seek out payday loans in the first place (people who need this type of loan have an urgent financial need and are limited on immediate funds; they need money FAST.) It's been five days since we applied for a loan, and so far there is still no money in our account! So far they have not denied our loan; our loan is still being processed! Five days is way too long to expect a payday loan customer to wait! Here's our experience with this company: My husband makes three times the required income level and meets all the other loan requirements. We applied for a payday loan online on Thursday morning and also e-mailed all the required documentation to them within a short amount of time that same morning. When we did not hear from them by Thursday evening, my husband called them and was routed to their voice mail. We also sent an e-mail because they had personal information and had so far not even responded to it; we were beginning to worry that we had sent it to the wrong place. A full day later (Friday) we got an e-mail stating they had lots of loans to process and yes, they did have everything they needed from us. Then around 11 a.m. Central Time we got a message requesting our bank statement (we had already sent it in). We e-mailed it yet again, pointing out that our most recent statement closed out about two weeks earlier. Then we got another e-mail asking for my husband's ID. He faxed that from work. Then a couple of hours later, a new e-mail arrived asking for our most recent bank balance. We were told that we could make a printout off our bank web site, but that we had to e-mail or fax that in before they could complete the loan process. And then they stated that they would be closed on Monday (which was NOT a holiday) and that they would not be able to complete the loan until the following Tuesday. Our mistake was not canceling this loan on Friday and finding a lender over the weekend who could work faster. It's now nearly 1 p.m. on Tuesday, and we still have not received any word about our loan. At this point, I'm even wondering if they are a legitimate company. They have a copy of my husband's ID, bank statements, voided check, pay stubs. And what do we have? Zippo. Just concerns now about our privacy, our personal information being in someone else's hands, and our soon to collapse financial reality at our bank! My advice: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. It's worth it to pay double the finance fees if you are working with a payday loan company who will actually lend you a loan without stringing you along and messing up your ability to get funds fast enough to meet your urgent needs.

I would definitely recommend them, they were friendly and the service was great. No hassles, polite, and, the rates were the best I could find!

This is a very quiet check cashing place. Not a lot of traffic, kind of off the beaten path (29th & Topeka Blvd.). They will start at a higher amount, especially if you've had 3 loans there, than Check Into Cash. They're not as friendly here though...
